- Control the compliance with standard Processes and formats for all departments in the subsidiaries
- Liaise with the Executive Board and negotiating corporate agreements related with finance area: auditing, consultancy, banks, insurance and attorney companies, agreements with the in suppliers and customers in payment terms to optimize financing costs
- Control and follow up of the property and Income tax liabilities of the company
- Prepare quarterly reports for CFO to the company´s board of directors and to Spanish stock Exchange Commission
- Management of financial, investment, and commercial monthly reporting
- Support on the formulation and monitoring of the Strategic Plan and Annual Budget (Control and follow up in a monthly basis)
- Lead and coordinate audits of company accounts and the consolidated accounts of the group in US
- Coordinate the engineering and commercial new capital investment to ensure Group’s profitability target ratios (Return on Investment, Return On Net Assets, Payback, etc)
- Perform a yearly revision of the profitability study; Actual vs Approved budget
- Manage the locally-based controllers & accountants at different facilities and support them in the accounting and reporting
- Lead the implementation & consolidation of the new ERP system (SAP in different subsidiaries)
