I'm excited to have the opportunity to present a proposal for the legal assistant position at your firm. I am dedicated, hard-working, and a fast learner. I have 3.8 years of experience with U.S. law firms, most of my experience is in the immigration law field. I adapt easily and am a fast learner. I am used to law firm environments and tasks and believe I can achieve anything I put my mind on.
My most recent job was with a Immigration law firm located in Pinellas Park, FL, and my longest job was with another firm located in Tulsa, OK. I worked as a paralegal with them for over three years, and went through all the growing pains of a fast growing business. I'm no stranger to challenges such as backlogs, putting new processes in place and constant change.
I have worked in different departments with varying levels of responsibility, which gave me the opportunity to help build new teams and organize departments for more efficiency and client satisfaction. I have great communication skills and handle client expectations with efficiency and empathy. My performance is enhanced when faced with a challenge, and am team-oriented. I am resourceful and always have efficiency at the top of my mind.
I am proactive, organized, detail-oriented and great handling customer expectations. If you are looking for someone to provide support and effectively assist in a legal environment with all kinds of tasks, I believe I can bring great things to the table.
