• As a leader at Nemon I led a development team of 14 developers, utilizing JIRA, wich i hired 7 of them.
• I collaborated closely with the Product Owner and interacted with customers to direct the product in a direction that best served our clients' needs
• Looking to the future, I oversaw the transformation of our product stack to Laravel and MongoDB, helping to ensure that we remained at the forefront of industry innovation

• To improve internal knowledge flow, I implemented Confluence, a knowledge management tool that facilitated more effective collaboration and communication within the team

• Implemented a Front (Vue.js) and Back (Python FastApi) to interact with the data warehouse and get all the information that analytics team asked me for.
