1. First Pass Yield Improvement for S2P

• Conducted a deep dive of blocked and parked invoices, identifying the real root causes with market experience.
• KPI has improved from a 2021 landing of 75.8% to current at 83.8% the end of Sept 2023. Mini projects triggered have impacted current POs created.

2. Design Thinking Project :ESAR Ageing GRIR line reduction.

• As a project lead, I utilized design thinking methodologies to validate the root cause of ageing GRIR lines for ESAR at the end of each month, compared to CWAR. Gaps such as non-availability of RACI closed. Efficient monitoring proposed and implemented to improve the KPI.

3 . IG Support : Improving Manual Invoice request and receipts for posting, for Nestle Affiliates and Satellites

• Established clear process between NBS and market. General Shipping Instructions updated.

4. Identified Projects to Improve On-Time Payments

• Activation of Flow 63 for 1F2C (Satellite PO's ) across CWAR
• Satellite (1F2C) PO automation for CWAR. Awaiting market go-ahead to commence these initiatives

• Responsible for Maggi Production Planning and Scheduling for 2 major culinary factories in CWAR. Yopougon factory in Cote D'ivore and Dakar Factory in Senegal.
• Reviewed demand in the 18-months horizon, benchmarking with optimum stock per receiver location and planned production of Maggi to ensure stock availability at the end of each month.
• Aside providing for local sales, I managed exports to other West Africa Nestle Affiliates, Nestle UK, Nestle Kenya and NESTRADE.
• I ensured production was at its optimum and distributed fairly.
• Freshness and on-time availability were key KPIs
• Inventory management , stakeholder management, effective communication and data analytics were crucial in this role.
