Electrical and Automation Development:
Throughout my career, I have led multiple projects focused on automating complex machinery in various industries, including Packaging, Automotive, Electronics and Robotics. My expertise spans across PLC and Motion programming, HMI and SCADA development. In these projects, I have also aided in the electrical design and played a part in the electrical components selection. Together with the team, we have successfully designed and implemented electrical systems for complex machinery, ensuring they meet both functional and safety standards while integrating seamlessly with overall automation solutions.
Digital Transformation Lead:
In the last few years, while leading the IOT4.0 initiative of the company, I have gathered deep understanding of IoT, data analytics, machine learning applications and cloud computing in an industrial settings. My latest achievements in Volpak is the development of a predictive maintenance application through the use of statistical data analysis and machine learning. This project involved collecting and analyzing data from servomotors and sensors to identify patterns that could predict potential equipment failures.
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Development:
Additionally, I have experience in developing packaging machines for pharmaceutical machines, ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. This includes software development and documentations that meets the stringent requirements for electronic records and signatures, ensuring both regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
