The task was to assist in the production of an independent film which involved: finding and helping with accommodating the crew and cast next to the filming location, gathering costumes and props required for the scenes, being a script supervisor, helping with animals on set (dogs and horses), coordinating cross-departmental collaboration to execute the production with high quality, providing effective assistance for specific aspects of business operations. I managed to implement effective conflict resolution strategies for resolving issues among the crew and cast members.

My job required me to present the project's lookbook/pitchbook to the faculty and get approval for filming. Find and book a location that follows the accuracy of the script, cast 3 characters, hire crew (director, cinematographer, sound mixer, boom operator, script supervisor, gaffer, and grip), organise catering, props, costumes, and fill paperwork to receive a license for filming. During the filming process, I was in charge of managing the cast and crew. For post-production, I oversaw the editing process and composed the soundtrack.
Oversaw the continuity of the shoots and actors' actions, followed the director's orders, took note of which takes worked and which ones did not, and adjusted the actors to keep the continuity the same for editing purposes. Assisted in setting up production design. Identified any potential continuity errors before they occurred on set.
