• Oversee and manage daily Supply Chain activities for International markets.
• Responsible for movements of Commercial Products to designated markets liaising with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Worked closely with the Commercial, Planning and Quality teams among other stakeholders to ensure on time in full supply.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the supply chain, targeting to ensure desired customer service levels are met and to guarantee continuous product supply

• Pricing controlling within the European Region for the Generics business, establishing various mechanisms to ensure maximization of Mylan’s profit avoiding pricing impacts in collaboration with the markets.
• Analysis of IRP events (International Reference Pricing) supporting local countries with new prices to Health Authorities.
• Master data update to ensure up to date information in the system, supporting profit optimization.

• E2E business implementation for the new LatAm Trading Hub. Supply Agreement / QTA revision, logistics coordination, full business data integration into the ERP systems and further updates.
• E2E follow up of POs from Manufacturing Site to the Customer considering lead-times and including logistics coordination.
• Project management, leading new KPIs implementation and additional mode of transport for supply services for GSM.

• Supporting at any operational issue on the consumer area (carriers liaison, claims handling, freight management, demurrage review).
• Designated as the Project Operational Leader for Freight Tender EMEA (Tender assessment, logistic provider selection and implementation).
• Managing 2016 Inbound Freight Budget in collaboration with Supply Planning, Finance and Transportation Sourcing Department to ensure reliable total Transportation COGS (Forecast consolidation, Risk assessment, Reporting).
• Purchase Orders creator for freight invoices, troubleshooting and escalation contact for invoices related issues using LYNX SAP (PO Creation, Invoicing, Operational issues resolution).

• Responsible for creating the Standard Operational Process (SOP) for airfreight shipments from France to Middle East, CIS countries and Israel, as well as supporting on any operational issues.
• Key contact for demurrages review and approval.
