Working at CSS in the Data and AI Microsoft team, I started as a contractor in May 2022 and became a full-time employee in December 2022. Our team, CADU, works with top-tier S&P 500 Microsoft customers on Azure Big Data and AI technologies. My role involves addressing complex issues across various Azure areas, requiring a broad technical understanding.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UOC University in Barcelona and multiple Microsoft certifications (AZ-305, DP-203 included), Strong foundation and hands-on experience in AI and Big Data technologies.

Attended CSS Technical Trainer Workshop. I understood the importance of ROPES model and learned the principles of Microsoft teaching, as the importance of a skill based training and facilitating the engagement of participants, focusing on practical and measurable objectives.

Overall improvements in Quality, Speed of Resolution, and Responsiveness are evident in our metrics, with a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.80, an increase of 18 points, a Days to Close (DTC) of 25.87 days, a reduction of 1 day, and a Critical Situation IR rate of 99.1%, up by 6%. Additionally, the sustained focus on case wellness has led to a steady decline in Customer-Pain-Time, notably achieving 0% DSAT for Fabric from GA through FY YTD.
