Summary

Serial entrepreneur, senior manager, lecturer, public speaker, board member and consultant, I have dedicated the last 25 years, to the Healthcare, Medical Technology and E-Health sectors, aimed at improving the lives of chronic diseases patients and more recently, new-borns, and children globally.


Navigating, successfully, the corporate world as a senior manager I have leveraged my experience across Europe and the MEA in strategic, operational, management and consulting, with large companies and more recently, supporting the emergence of new, innovative, and sustainable, socially conscious, high potential start-up, enterprises. Extensive industrial experience holding managerial positions at Amgen, Astra Zeneca, GSK and Sanofi (Global and international Marketing Lead, Senior Manager, and Business development expert) Founder and CEO of Zaphyr and MyBubbleHealth, I have always had a passion for sharing my expertise and knowledge with young people and entrepreneurs and in helping start-ups overcome business challenges and expand internationally, which has resulted in numerous lecturing, speaking and mentoring roles in recent years.


Working with the Willa incubator, I help French start-ups, map their ideas, develop, business, and action, plans and raise investment. I am engaged in the mentorship programme of StandUp HEC for international entrepreneurs and lecture on the Master Marketing Pharma Paris-Saclay.

I also founded the M2Academy for Algerian healthcare students and professionals and honoured to be an ambassador for the Womanity Foundation whose mission is to accelerate gender equality through innovative investments, and empowers women in this globally, but specifically in difficult countries.

  • MyBubbleHealth’s mission is to use bio-engineering, digital technology and medical know how, to improve new-borns health monitoring and management and well-being while empowering their parents and care givers
  • It aims to use state of the art artificial intelligence, engineering, and deep technology to develop a unique set of tools to monitor health, prevent serious illnesses, ensuring an effective tailored follow-up by healthcare professionals and reinforcing the connection with parents and family
  • In October 2022 won the X-Novation competition at Ecole Polytechnique while in 2021 it was awarded an innovative solutions prize by Innov'Up BPI and recognized by French Tech and Capdigital e-health highly selective groups.
  • The product has reached MVP, but has further development required for its Hub Interface and is currently being incubated/accelerated by Ecole Polytechnique who have invested in an equity stake
  • Conceived the core technology and managed its physical development to MVP;
  • Building the commercialization/exploitation roadmap and associated Action and Business Plan;
  • Financial planning, Pitching, and securing required investment, and
  • Promoting awareness, winning entrepreneurial competitions, and dealing with media.

  • I led the three-expert team, in supporting, large, and SME companies delivering a holistic support methodology in strategic planning and implementation

Duties:

- Launch of the Amgen-GSK new therapy in secondary and primary care (new therapeutic area for Amgen)

- Develop the international region brand plan as well review the countries bran plans and budget submissions.

- Responsible of the international tactical and operational plan.

- Develop and deploy Prolia message platform and story flow with the Global and country team

- Lead Amgen and GSK presence, promotion, and investment in the most important international congresses for Prolia.

- Ensure total and consistent coordination with GSK headquarter commercial teamsork successfully with cross-functional colleagues in all relevant departments across the Amgen international and country organisation
