To whom it may concern,

I have been working for the TSKB Real Estate Appraisal Inc since 2011. I am in charge of the marketing, management, budget planning, CRM and technical compliance of my department.

During my career, I participated in the valuation process of many different types of real estate such as shopping centers, marinas, power plants, lands etc., Moreover, I have been in Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, Macedonia and Romania for the market research and the valuation other than Turkey. I have, also, a good understanding of real estate market of Spain due to my personal/professional interest. Lastly, until now, I led the valuation teams for financial/technical due diligence reports, purchase/sale operations, M&A etc. I was in the leader of the teams to determine the critical points. I participated in the leasing/letting negotiations for foreigner parties.

I have a great deal of experience in CRM, marketing, and real estate operations. Furthermore, I trust my network that I obtained during my career.

I can speak Spanish and English. I do not smoke. I like to visit new places and explore new cultures during my leisure time. In the short-term, my new challenge will be to have a valid certificate on business valuation and learn new languages.
