Between September and October, I signed two strategic locations in record time: Metropolitano Stadium (Atlético de Madrid) — where I launched Europe’s first 100% gluten-free food truck, designing the full layout and executing the entire project from acquisition to launch in just 7 days.
Atocha (Madrid) — a high-footfall location where I’m currently managing the entire opening process end-to-end, from concept to operational readiness.
