Over 25 years experience as a chef and house manager in private residences Stateside and Europe in the mountains and extensive experience on large yachts. Main strengths include a thorough culinary expertise, meticulous attention to detail, organisation and the ability to organise a team with numerous years of house management. My recent years have been varied and interesting along with raising my daughter who is now working on yachts. I have decided myself to return to yachting.
