At the age of 16 I started making simple paintings such as provisional works and power paintings.
It was a very good experience, so I decided to continue down that path and improve my skills and knowledge.
I began to make electrical power and control panels, once I learned well to read the diagrams and to make the panels perfectly, I began to go as an assistant to make electrical installations with colleagues at an industrial level, until I managed to do them alone, without any kind of help.
Later they gave me the opportunity to make industrial machinery, and the truth is that it was a discovery that I really liked, and to this day I have continued working to improve in the field of machinery, to the point of becoming responsible for the electrical department and creating electrical diagrams and supervising colleagues, and at the same time offering my help, while learning from them as well.
- Make electrical diagrams.
-Buy electrical material for electrical panels and machines.
- Design electrical panels.
- Make the electrical panels and the electrical and pneumatic installation.
- Power up the machine in the workshop to test all digital and analog inputs and outputs and temperatures.
- Mechanically adjust the machine and check that everything is in order, electrically, mechanically and programming.
- Supervise all mechanical material to know times and plan the work to arrive on time.
- Meet with Mechanical Engineering to provide support on parts that were not drawn and help.
- Start-up at the international client's home.
- Put the machine on site, mechanical and electrical assembly at the client's house.
- Tutorial to the customer to explain how each part of the machine and each page of the screen works, explain any doubts they have and help them in every way possible.
-Electrical service technician for other companies, in the special pharmaceutical machinery sector for the United States, Atex area and UL wiring. - Carry out the entire installation of the machine, from making the panels to commissioning at the client's home.
-Electrical Service Technician for other companies, in the pharmaceutical, food, packaging and labeling machinery sector. - Go to the client's house and do all the installation of the machine, from making the panels to commissioning at the client's house.
- Realization of electrical panels from scratch, putting all the channels to pass the cables and all the elements.
- Installation in chemical, food, slaughterhouses and cold factories.
- Place all the trays to pass the electrical hoses, pass the hoses to the elements and the electrical panel.
- Connect the field elements and the electrical panel.
Check all inputs, digital and analog outputs, and power of the electrical panel.
- Start-up at the client's home.
