  • Chief Engineer supervising Global Construction Projects, Comprehensive supervision over all global construction works. Strategic negotiations with key project stakeholders, presenting detailed updates on construction progress to the Board of Directors, and conducting stringent weekly assessments of construction costs and progress milestones. Preparation of critical technical documents, ensuring all project materials meet the highest standards of accuracy and thoroughness. Responsible for the preparation and meticulous review of design procurement processes. Regular coordination with designers and contractors to maintain project momentum and ensure compliance with timelines and budget constraints. Leader of technical contract negotiations.
  • Site Supervision Monitor, Overseeing the construction and development of ongoing cruise terminal projects. Conducting regular on-site inspections to monitor construction progress, adherence to design specifications, and compliance with environmental regulations. Implementing mechanisms for tracking and reporting on the progress of construction activities. Conducting inspections and audits of construction materials, workmanship, and installation processes. Overseeing the implementation of health and safety protocols on-site. Collaborating with project architects and engineers to ensure construction activities comply with approved designs and specifications. Monitoring environmental protection measures.
