He has undertaken the technical and commercial management of the department since its inception. His responsibilities included brokering for local and
International markets in London and the United States.
Furthermore, he took the lead in formulating the placement strategy directly with Oil & Gas and Energy clients among the top 35 industrial companies in Spain.
Beyond these mentioned duties, his role involved offering guidance and supervision for claims surpassing 5 million euros, advising on facultative reinsurance for heightened risks. From an organizational standpoint, he has arranged environmental seminars for both internal training and clients, as well as coordinated environmental campaigns tailored to billing and specific sectors.
Technical milestones achieved during this period included.

• Developed a dedicated Merger and Acquisition (M&A) environmental insurance product allowing quantification of environmental risks to stakeholders.
• Preparation of Aon carrier panel wording negotiated across different insurers for different industries.
• Developed specific insurance solutions not available locally. These coverages secured in the Spanish market have included off-shore wind, fracking, asbestos remediation and natural gas storage reserves.
• He has facilitated the compensation for three major incidents in the Energy and Oil sector, ranging from 25 to 100 million euros. This has resulted in a
  satisfactory negotiation for all parties involved.

Conducted environmental audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

He has served as Project Director for Environmental Impact Assessment and Site Investigation and Remediation of Contaminated Soil and Groundwater. He has contributed throughout all phases of the project, including proposal preparation, technical and methodological development, budget formulation, project planning, field campaign design, results assessment, diagnosis, and report preparation:

• Successfully managed project cycle from being till to close up
• Conducted training sessions for project staff to increase awareness of environmental responsibilities and best practices
• Prepared reports and presentations on environmental performance for internal and external stakeholders
• Developed Site remediation projects in different countries including Algeria, Romania and Portugal.

• Conducted environmental assessments and surveys to identify potential risks and impacts of infrastructure projects
• Developed and implemented mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with environmental standards
• Provided expert advice on sustainable practices
• Performed Phase I, II and III projects in different countries including UK, Iceland, Italy, Germany and Qatar
• Developed and implemented biodiversity enhancement plans to improve ecological value of project sites
• Advised project teams on environmental legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout all stages of development.
