Allow me to provide you with a brief overview of my previous experience. From 2012 to 2018 I worked as a travel manager. I began a career in an ordinary travel agency, where I was responsible for selecting and selling mainly package tours. In 2018 I concluded my employment with a specialized tour operator "Indian Holiday Ukraine", where I created and sold treatment programs in ayurvedic sanatoriums and hotels in India and Sri Lanka, as well as tailored tours and group tours. During this period, I participated in numerous promotional tours, business trips, and self-organized travel.
In 2018 I set up the project MAORI FAMILY, which specializes in the production and sale of corporate gifts. Our clients include Mercedes Benz, JetBrains, the Russian Basketball Federation, the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea, Mobile Inform Group, Renewal and others.
Currently, I am returning to the tourism industry due to a change of residence and a strong desire to resume my previous role in tourism.
Among my professional strengths I can emphasize customer orientation, ability to listen and understand the needs of the client, ability to solve conflict situations constructively.

My experience as a co-owner and marketing specialist enhances my skills as a travel manager.

I am fluent in three languages: English, Russian, and Ukrainian. Currently, in the process of learning Spanish, with a current level of A2 and working on B1.
