I enjoy learning and believe that it is essential for personal and professional growth. I welcome challenging situations as they are an opportunity to grow. I have a positive and proactive mindset and when presented with a complex situation I like to deconstruct it, and then pursue its completion with more manageable tasks. I enjoy working independently, but also being part of a wider team to bounce ideas off, and learn from. Work is work, but I think it should also an enjoyable environment, this is when we are at our best and ultimately delivering results that I am proud of, is at my core.

Qualifying leads for 8x8 Communications to pass onto the sales team. Good listening skills were required to understand a clients situation. Needs would be identified by exploring ‘gaps’ and their implications.
At Listen I represented charities including UNICEF, Terence Higgins Trust and Friends of the Earth among many others. The quality of the phone-call was always above the outcome of the phone-call.
Some of the charities that I represented include Cancer Research UK, NSPCC, British Red Cross, WWF, Macmillan Cancer Support, Save the Children.
In this position I was the DPS, which made me responsible for all Health & Safety matters in the workplace. Other key responsibilities included recruitment, training, banking, payroll, stock counts and marketing.
