I enjoy learning and believe that it is essential for personal and professional growth. I welcome challenging situations as they are an opportunity to grow. I have a positive and proactive mindset and when presented with a complex situation I like to deconstruct it, and then pursue its completion with more manageable tasks. I enjoy working independently, but also being part of a wider team to bounce ideas off, and learn from. Work is work, but I think it should also an enjoyable environment, this is when we are at our best and ultimately delivering results that I am proud of, is at my core.

Customer Success Manager

XR HEALTH (previously known as Amelia Virtual Care)

A startup SaaS platform providing Virtual Reality as a tool for Medical Professionals working with patients for Mental Health issues, Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy.

  • A successful restructure of the Onboarding process to drive early adoption saw adoption rates go from 25% to 80%. An ongoing review of Onboarding data to adjust processes then saw overall adoption reach 95%.
  • Led Engagement and Support Teams and introduced regular team training sessions to expand product and industry knowledge, thus developing a confident team that were well equipped to support customers.
  • I then collaborated with HR for the Employee Onboarding, enabling all new-starters throughout the company to start strong.
  • Regular reporting of Customer Feedback to the Product Team helped them to identify “quick wins” in areas of improvement that allow for a smoother customer experience using the platform.
  • Account Management of large contracts such as the Veterans Association (US) and the NHS (UK), Centre of Excellence (Malaysia), saw the accounts renewed and expanded by an average of 20%
  • The development of online courses and training webinars to boost engagement saw a positive correlation between continuous learning and increased usage of the platform
  • After the merge with XRHealth was complete I managed a team that provided technical support to customers worldwide and the in-house clinicians based in Boston, Tel Aviv & Melbourne.

Qualifying leads for 8x8 Communications to pass onto the sales team. Good listening skills were required to understand a clients situation. Needs would be identified by exploring ‘gaps’ and their implications.

  • I regularly hit the weekly target and was moved to the Adobe Magento team calling EMEA (UKI & Nordics).
  • While with Magento, half of the months exceeded the conversion target of NQLs to Active Ops.
  • 7 of my leads converted to Active Ops in December 2020.

Telephone Charity Fundraiser & Trainer

At Listen I represented charities including UNICEF, Terence Higgins Trust and Friends of the Earth among many others. The quality of the phone-call was always above the outcome of the phone-call.

  • Providing training for new starters in a new role which saw a 25% increase in retention of new employees.
  • I regularly hit monthly targets, and found myself in the Monthly Top 5 for Quality, five or six times a year.
  • In three years I raised £1,131,069 and received a special commendation from Action Aid and THT.
