Summary

We live in a changing world, a world that goes faster and faster. A world that needs us to constantly adapt and where digitalization occupies an important place in personal and work life. We need to adapt, innovate and be creative. We need new geometries in business hierarchies, and above all we need new paths for leadership. I have been in the maritime world since 1996, in the last 20 years there has been more transformation than in the previous 50, you have to be agile to adapt to this transformation, centuries-old and family-owner companies have fallen and start-ups have taken over, leaders are needed to manage all these changes, and teams need to be trained and encouraged to make the best decisions. The path to excellence goes through continuous adaptation, sustainability, leadership and innovation. I like to think that I can contribute to achieving excellence in an organization; I am a multidisciplinary and multitasking person who likes challenges and changes and who adapts well to them. I have worked in positions of high responsibility, with important decision-making, with successes and failures, but always in order to meet the objectives set. I can help transform methodologies that require changes, my leadership style is honest with my ethical values; I am used to working in multicultural environments having lived in different countries both in Asia and Europe, I have negotiated millionaire contracts, I have hired people and helped find the way for many other, I have also fired and been fired, I have been up and down but I have never stopped learning, adapting and always moving forward.
