Born in Caracas into a long lineage of Basque sailors, I combine my academic background with a degree in Industrial Design with over 15 years of professional maritime experience. Since obtaining my license as a Captain in 2008, I have navigated diverse and challenging waters around the world, developing deep expertise in both the American and European coasts.

I am highly meticulous and supervise every system to ensure vessel integrity. My technical background allows me to solve complex mechanical and electrical problems independently while at sea.

I have dedicated a significant part of my career to mastering the Caribbean in its entirety. From the crystal-clear waters of the Bahamas and the Dominican Republic to the pristine archipelagos of Los Roques, Panama, and the Grenadines, my knowledge of the region is exhaustive. My experience also covers Colombia, Panama (San Blas), Honduras (Bay Islands), and Belize, as well as the Gulf of Mexico, becoming one of the kitesurf charter captains with the most experience and references in the sector.

In Europe, I possess comprehensive knowledge of the Mediterranean, with extensive experience sailing the coasts of Croatia, Greece, Malta, Tunisia, Italy (Sardinia), and Spain. My global reach also includes the Canary Islands and the Norwegian Fjords.
