EMEA Finance and Contract Compliance Manager
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal policies across EMEA, safeguarding financial statement accuracy
- Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reports for U.S. HQ; monitor revenue at risk and support local agencies in revenue recognition.
- Monitoring and controlling financial activities performed by agencies assisting in resolving financial and accounting issues related to revenue recognition and customer liabilities.
- Conduct budget variance, KPI and risk assessment, support internal and external audits.
- Oversee commercial contract compliance and provide strategic accounting support to CFOs. Review and approval of local, regional and global commercial contracts, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Lead finance training programs and system implementations (Vantage, FRC); support recruitment and onboarding.
- Collaborated with legal teams to address compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
