Since 2018 -Leading the Licensing Program for IMC TOYS IPS ( CRY BABIES & VIP PETS), by expanding the footprint of our Company brands into diverse product categories outside toys, and across different territories .
ACHIVEMENTS: Created a worldwide Agent network, and a base of more than 130 Licensees from apparel, Health&Beauty, Confectionary or Publishing categories. The program provides awareness and net revenues of 1M€ /year, aside of the increase of our sales of toys.
On top of, keep on negotiating with other Licensors (Disney, Netflix,...) contracts for developing ranges of products to be added in IMC TOYS product catalogue.
ACHIVEMENTS: DISNEY NORTH AMERICA contract for CRY BABIES & DISNEY co-branded products.
2017: Licensing - ODM & EU Market Strategy Director. Implementing the Marketing strategies in the IMC TOYS EU subsidiaries ( UK-FRANCE-ITALY-GERMANY). Expanding our portfolio of products by negotiating distribution deals with other toy manufacturers.
ACHIVEMENTS: Distribution of the SMOOSHY MUSHY toys in IBERIA that represented more than 5M€ sales.
