Lead a team of 100+ HR people distributed in 45 countries: Focus on cultural and digital transformation ensuring HR team acts as a strategic partner supporting the fast growth of the company. Escalate all achievements and successful initiatives already implemented in EMEA and Asia to the region of the Americas and Australia.
Translate business strategy into people-related actions and programs:
- Digitilization:
* Automate processes and embrace digitalization in all HR areas
* Expand use of HCM platform (Oracle HCM) to the operations of the Americas and review processes in place to reduce manual data entry and gain efficiency (integrations HCM/Payroll systems, review HR workflows and HR systems architecture in collaboration with HRIS team and Finance)
* Enhance HR technology to improve candidate and employee experience
* Reduced manual entries globally in more than 50% - Improve Data Quality by 40%
- Talent Management:
* Implement a Global Talent Assessment program to identify and promote high performers.
* Internal mobility process to ensure transparency and fairness during whole process.
* Increased number of vacancies filled by internal candidates in 50% globally
- Compensation & Benefits:
* Create from scratch global Job Mapping and Salary ranges with Grades and Organizational bands (Mercer methodology)
* Salary and benefits surveys.
- L&D:
* Set up principles for the L&D strategy at a global level – Launch the Ria University path to manage upskilling and reskilling initiatives
* Increased the number of hours of “technical” and “critical skills” training by 100%
- M&A: Part of the DD team for the acquisition of new subsidiaries in key countries (South Africa, Saudi Arabia)
