Administration:
Manage the payroll process in collaboration with an external consultancy, including salary administration and annual reviews.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including contract management, annexes, incidents, and absence control.
Monitor and manage vacations and time tracking.
Coordinate medical check-ups and the training in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP).
Organizational Development:
Comprehensive management of the recruitment process, from job postings to the onboarding of new employees (mainly electrical engineers, developers, ORP profiles).
Supervise the onboarding program for new hires, ensuring effective and positive integration.
Coordinate the offboarding process, managing employee exits in an organized and compliant manner.
Ensure compliance with regulations and continuous employee training.
Coordinate subsidized training and the company's annual training plan.
Act as a point of contact for employees to resolve payroll-related queries and other HR-related inquiries.
Talent Development and Well-being:
Design and manage professional development programs and career plans.
Implement and supervise workplace well-being policies and employee recognition and motivation programs.
Coordinate employee climate surveys and analyze results for continuous improvement of the work environment.
Labor Relations:
Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting effective and transparent communication.
Advise and support employees and management on labor relations and current labor regulations.
Manage labor conflicts and mediate the resolution of internal disputes.
