2023 - 2024: Program leader to replace an external marketplace solution with a new, in-house platform. Defining and implementing the technical plan, change management, and migration strategy.

2022 - 2023: Successfully handling a portfolio of projects for the group that includes, but is not limited to, marketing, stock accounting, and legal compliance.

2021 - 2022: Part of the team to successfully deliver the platform convergence of a company buyout: defined, developed, and delivered all activities and technical plans for departments from commercial, production, sourcing, marketing, and logistics.
