Since moving to Spain in 2008 l have always been in the hospitality industry. We built the Restaurant from a small cafe into a 100 cover restaurant over the years, l was initially the head cook before hiring 2 qualified chefs, which then gave me more time to improve front of house.

We had 10 employees at one point. Customer service is very important for them to go away happy and return with new friends On a later date.

Small office answering phone calls, keeping accounts and raising invoices. Chasing customers at the end of the month for outstanding invoices.
