With a diverse career in the Customer Service sector, I have gained valuable experience across various roles, starting from my time in a Supermarket and progressing through catering. I have also been involved in the OGI BERRI project. Throughout my journey, I have successfully expanded and implemented new POS systems while managing the company's own system. Recently, I have taken on the opportunity to learn and develop my skills in HR, filling a knowledge gap. My friendly and empathetic personality, combined with my responsible and conscientious nature, greatly contribute to my ability to effectively manage staff, handle customer interactions, collaborate with freelancers, and work with suppliers. Above all, my passion lies in the world of coffee, patisserie, and bakery. I am driven by the desire to continuously learn and grow each day.
