• Managing crisis situations on the capital market and protecting the company's reputation.

• Organization of Supervisory Board meetings and cooperation with the company's lawyer.

• Approval of the company's financial and business plans. Review of the company's financial statements.
• Approval of the company's regulations and policies. Representation of the shareholders' interests in the company.
