· Install / configure / troubleshoot end-user laptops (Assignment, Restitution).

· Provide technical guidance to new staff members.

· Troubleshooting hardware and softwares issues.

· Assistance and technical support (Hardware & Software) for users (On-site & Remotely).

· Receive and respond to incoming calls, tickets and Emails regarding desktop problems.

· Maintenance / diagnosis and replacement of faulty components.

· Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.

· Escalation of complex incidents/requests in case of need (Stellantis IT Support).

· Supporting users during the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.

· Administration : Windows Server, MySQL.

· Backup managment : Veeam backup, Acronis backup.

· Maintenance of local network and printers : Datamax, HP, Zimbra.

· Linux – Krosy : Managing user accounts, printers.

· Collaboration with IT central for the implementation of new technologies and solutions.

· Technical assistance to users in production area (Hardware & Softwar).

· Receive users incidents via mails & phone.

· Managing local network equipements (switch, wifi, Printers …).

· Analyse and responde to users resquests/incidents.

· Repairing and maintaining network equipments in good status.

· Enhancing the technical support.

· Preparing and installing ethernet cables.

• Providing English courses & Exercices.
