- Managed a successful completion of a 3-year project of building a working quantum computer and a cloud access platform (unique for Russia and top-10 in the world)
- Managed cross-functional teams (scientists and IT) of 80+ people from 4 institutions, established all of the workflow and business processes in the project (task management, budgeting, procurement, recruitment & HR, IP protection, legal support) and supervised them
- Was responsible for the reporting (both financial and scientific) for all major stakeholders the investors
- Supervised deals of licensing and transferring of rights of the IP (total amount of over 3 mln euros)

- Conducted lectures for MIPT students in Biophysics and gave several popular science talks.
