• As a BBA1 student in Les Roches Marbella, we get a lot of practical experience in4 different types of restaurant such as buffet, gastrodining, finedining and bistro, where we learn and practise the principles of service and kitchen and how different they are depending on the style of a restaurant
• In addition, the compulsory part of the practical experience in Les Roches Marbella is work in the bar, stewarry and cold section
• On the other hand, in the academical part of my education, I have studied such subjects as business communication, spanish, resorts, housekeeping, front office, opera, consierge and lodging

As an assistant server intern in the main restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Doha, I had the opportunity to learn and apply several key lessons and skills which allowed me to handle several responsibilities

• Handle section as a chef de rang
• Working in a team during opening, closing, and pick hours
• Maintained a clean and organized dining area for an enjoyable guest experience.
• Collaborated with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation, addressing any special requests from guests.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by providing timely and attentive service to guests.
• Efficiently processed payments using POS systems, ensuring accurate transactions for both cash and credit payments.
• Provide customers with excellent service and knowledge of the menu with recommendations where required

• In "Sindika" which is a hotel from Radisson system, I had an amazing opportunity to improve my soft skills while working with all different kinds of people and clients
• Also, I managed to work in very difficult situations, such as, no electricity and water for more than20 hours, emergency situations including cases where I had to call police and ambulance, my experience in Sindica introduced me to the hospitality and induced my passion for this industry
