• Support the dimensional metrology efforts for high-precision components of the ITER fusion reactor
• Interpret and analyze complex technical documentation, ensuring supplier deliverables meet rigorous metrological standards.
• Develop and simulate advanced dimensional control procedures, supporting virtual assembly, uncertainty evaluation, and large-volume inspections.
• Execute critical on-site measurements with high accuracy, contributing to the quality assurance of ITER’s nuclear-grade structures.
• Automate and optimize measurement workflows to reduce turnaround time and enhance data reliability.

• Develop, validate and document methods and procedure for scanning and analyzing intermediate and final products from battery cell production.
• Performing special scan requests for battery cells and their components on Computed Tomography and X-Ray systems (e.g. Waygate, Nikon).
• Performing MSA, Problem solving, root cause analysis(RCA),Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) and other improvement activities for scanning activities and its records as well as updating work instructions.
• Optimize methods to increase efficiency and turn-around time of the laboratory.
• Working with instrument suppliers and machine builders for designing custom fixtures.
• Train team members on instrument usage, analysis and troubleshooting activities.

•Create a customer dimensional report according to requirements defined by AQPs per customer specific expectations or industry specification

•Assist plant & AQP needs according to projects expectations.

•Follow product development and department procedures for quality and meet appropriate standards. Highlights gaps when discovered and suggests solutions to correct.

•Involved in and drive the development of Qualification Plans, metrology processes, etc.

•Knowledge sharing and mentoring the team in the field of product measurement and validation in terms of GD&T ASME / ISO GPS.

Work with the Supervisor / Manager to set performance objectives for self and assigned Engineers based on Organization’s goals and roadmap. Reviewing periodically to obtain necessary feedback for improvement

• Support various global TE locations for Geometrical and Dimensional Metrology of New products (First Article Inspection, Post Tool Correction Dimensional Validation, PPAP Measurement Reports).
• Non - destructive testing / CT scanning using Phoenix V | tomex | m 240 .
• Creating tools (such as DMCC request Tracker editing tool, Tabulated report macro) using Microsoft office for better and more efficient working.
• Assessing the skill level of the team members against the requirement and preparing necessary training plans to bridge the gap.
• Machine calibration and maintenance of CT machine and plan for preventive maintenance. • Keep track of spare parts and ensure timely calibration of equipment such as dosimeter, survey-meter.

• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping
• Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications/customer drawing
• Preparation of Certificate of Conformance (COC)
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
