  • I was also the crew cook between seasons when the chef's departed and on some occasions also cooked for the owners
  • I organised extensive interior renovations during a long yard period in Florida
  • The itinerary included: Mediterranean, East Coast USA, Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand.

  • This was a very unique set up as I was in charge of the general running of both the interior and exterior of the yacht working and communicating with the owner on a day to day basis as a freelance captain was only hired when needed, it was my responsibility to manage the entire yacht! It was the owner that asked me to return to the boat as chief Stewardess and manager after being back home in the UK for a while
  • This position involved crew hiring and training, all accounting, uniform arrangements, provisioning, cooking for crew and owners on occasion
  • MY Liquidity was showcased at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show which I was in charge of preparing for and was successfully sold
  • This involved complete inventory of the yacht and an organised hand over.

HARI's Hair and Beauty Salon

  • As head receptionist for this high end hair salon with celebrity clientele, I worked with 3 other girls running an extremely busy front desk, booking appointments for up to 30 stylists via an in house computer system
  • Welcoming clients, receiving payments, up selling products
  • This position entailed working very well with the entire team and keeping up with the salons vibrant, friendly and professional reputation.
