Job Description: It was my first ever working experience in any organization relevant to my engineering field, working at SNGPL benefited me with many skills, some of which are mentioned as:
1. Initially I was at Customer Care Service, where I prepared itemized statements, bills ,or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
2. I also conferred with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, and took or entered orders, sometimes I had to cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
3. Whenever there were any kinds of conflicts, I was called to resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills, My leadership skills came to rescue me.
4. I kept records of customer interactions or transactions, other task was of recording details of inquiries , complaints ,or comments, as well as I also took actions when needed.
5. At the Inspection & Mantainence Department, I initially identified corrective actions necessary to bring properties into compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, and finally explained these measures to property owners.
6. Whenever I found some product malfunctioning I straightaway order tests that could determine the causes of product malfunctions.
7. At the CP Department, I maintained records of drilling and production operations.
8. One of the main work at the office was writing technical reports for engineering and management personnel and co-ordinate activities of workers engaged in research, planning, and development
