Leading the STB development activities and supported the launch of new Release of Vodafone TV in Spain in 2019. Leading same activities to launch in Italy early 2019, and on-board further markets outside the EU.
  • Ownership of the STB product backlog and management of short and long-term sprint planning to ensure iterative delivery is focused on business/customer priorities.   • Product Owner / Scrum Master for Aimia Communications Platform (ACP), a campaign management solution that incorporates leading marketing software such as IBM Campaign and IBM Watson Marketing.
  • Product Owner role within a scrum team (developers, testers, architects and dev-ops) that was split between on-shore (London) and offshore (India).
  • Worked closely with Product Director and stakeholders to define the product roadmap and epics for each release, then broke these down into investigation spikes and user stories.
  • Focused on delivering minimum viable functionality first and then adding features in later iterations.
  • Created user Personas and approached all epics from a user perspective.
  • Leading UX design team to deliver a high-quality user experience.
  • Created wireframes and mock-ups using Balsamiq and other tools.
  • Facilitated workshops to capture requirements from all levels of stakeholders.
