In my position, I led aeronautical training for cabin crews and flight dispatchers, including the creation and updating of the Cabin Crew Manual. I oversaw the enhancement of educational materials and managed the e-learning platform, ensuring alignment with educational goals.

As a Cabin Crew member, I ensured passenger safety and comfort, conducted emergency equipment checks, adhered to flight regulations, and managed onboard emergencies. I also provided food service and specialized assistance to passengers, particularly those speaking English and Italian.
