The main focus is to ensure that each event is delivered to a high standard whist ensuring all customer service expectation are met by each and every client, allowing us to achieve our company financial yearly targets.

Daily objectives

  • High attention to detail throughout the venue to ensure the look and the feel of the venue are 100% on brand and above and beyond the artists , sponsor's and our clients expectations.
  • Working closely and guiding our creative supplier Another dimension on crowd engagements, stage performers and venue acts/photo ops with the clients within the GA,VIP and public spaces throughout IR hotel. Planning and preparing the style of performance based on each brand/artist.
  • Liaising with Security, Emergency, lifeguards services to ensure that we have the correct legal requirements house to deliver each show based on the type of act, the amount of clients within the venue and the type of clientele & artists we are expected to host.
  • Strong line of commination within the company to ensure that all departments within the events team (Sales,F&B & Production) are working as one team. Allowing us to deliver amazing shows to a high standard throughout the GA & VIP products on a daily basis consistently across 158 events.
  • Holding and leading debriefs across the Sales, Concierge and F&B team across certain shows advising if improvements are needed or positive feedback is to be given. Allowing all team members to be aware of any changes or improvements needed to deliver the shows better.
  • Addressing any issues within the venue that may arise to ensure we have happy IR clients and a high level of customer service reports directly or via Google & tripadvisor. This will allow us to increase our rate repeat Ibiza Rocks clients year on year.
  • Working closely with key sponsors such as JD sports, Tequila Rose, Grey Goose, Moet to ensure that we achieve our financial agreements across F&B and offering the agreed level of exposure throughout our venue and directly to our clients attending our events or staying at our hotel.
  • Ensuring we achieved our 10 Million events target for 2023. This was soley achieved by a strong working relations between ALL our events team. leading daily briefings with F&B, Production and security to ensure that all clients were able to enter the venue is a safe and speedy manner allowing more time for clients to consume F&B and for their deposits to be maximized to its full potential on an event basis.
  • Achieving our daily VIP and GA target revenue via our IR events desk team. Zoning in & attacking shows/brands that needed more attention to ensure that each VIP piece of furniture was occupied by clients spending a decent level of SPH, this strategy ranged from the low entry events to high commercial entry events.
  • Working with on island suppliers such as Ibiza Publicidad to ensure our brand/event products were well promoted and marketing directly to our specific clientele. With the use of billboards, buses, OPI light boxes and other marketing on island tools/giveaways.
  • Driving on island and online sales on a daily basis with key suppliers such as TTOO, 3rd party online sellers, resort suppliers allowing us to ensure that all sales targets were met above and beyond our expected P&L targets.
  • Liaising daily with the finance team to deliver detailed reports from daily end of night reports, In house F&B event spends via Tevalis, sales and marketing costs V's agreed budgets , ensuring that all venue costs are kept within each budget line & offering updated headcount costs throughout the season.
  • Developed systems and procedures to improve operational quality and team efficiency.
  • Collation of strategies of ways to develop the product further & in turn increase the clients SPH.
  • Working closely with HR & other relevant head of departments to create schemes and incentives to achieve daily, monthly targets, a strategic way to engage & keep the workforce focused and continuously delivery throughout the entire season.
  • Lead & direct the sales, concierge, F&B venue floor teams to ensure that we work as one family and deliver the best experience for our clients,artists and sponsors whilst smashing our average target of 80k per show.

Building & maintaining a cohesive sales and marketing team on resort and within the venue to ensure that we achieve our annual target. Ensuring we have high level of online and on island promotional exposure allowing us to deliver high revenue.


Daily objectives

  • Leading the recruitment process within the sales GA, VIP & F&B teams to ensure we have the best structure and team of employees to achieve our sales target for the season allowing us to achieve our 9 million annual target. Maintaining & nurturing their performance level throughout the 9 month working seasonal period.
  • Ensuring all sales targets are achieved via sales channels such as direct online sales, 3rd party online sellers, on island sellers & resort sales teams.
  • Managing sales promotions and marketing teams on resort to ensure that events targets are achieved.
  • Pin pointing events that are doing well and delivery but zoning and acting on brands that need additional support and attention to deliver decent numbers.
  • Analyzed sales and marketing data for improved strategies to achieve sales revenue targets across the GA & VIP channels.
  • Incentivizing the teams and ensure they are focused to deliver throughout the season.
  • Motivating suppliers to focus on our events and allowing us to achieve SPH within the GA & VIP across all our shows.
  • Delivery a high level of exposure across all our brands with the use of busses, billboards, OPI light boxes.
  • Delivery of reports to the finance team to ensure that all EON reports are delivered for reconciliation & agreed and adhoc marketing costs are reports weekly.
  • Ensuring that all sales and marketing costs are within the agreed budgets approved at the start of the year.
  • Managing a postering team to ensure key positions of exposure on resort for each show throughout the season.
  • Ensuring that all design requirements are delivered in a timely manner for print for each show maximizing on island exposure.
  • Driving the sales VIP and concierge team within the venue to deliver targets for clients in the venue ranging from high revenue deposits to PAYG with the sole focus of increasing the SPH.
  • Working closely with artist management/promoters to ensure that we have artist support with online social media promotion such as Ben Helmsley, Craig David and other key artists to drive ticket sales via our sales platforms.
  • Driving campaigns and competitions to increase exposure and interest and in turn deliver high volume sales via our direct platforms.
  • Working with PR & press to ensure that we have a decent level of coverage in the UK and Spanish market.
