18 years of sales experience starting with cold calling door to door, to currently being “VP Sales & Service” managing over 40 employees. I am an example of how hard work, the right attitude and problem solving mindset can help you grow throughout organizations from bottom to top. By staying humble to learn and focusing on company objectives/values my goal is to win each and every day.
My journey in sales has lead me to understand the importance of each step in the sales journey from lead generation, automation in the CRM for the follow up process, sales operations, sales training, recruiting, sales enablement and management. My management style is simple: Have a positive impact on the people around me and don’t just develop people to where they want to be, but where they ought to be.
