More than 10 years of experience working as a headhunter, specializing in Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive industry in Mexico.

I develop and maintain over the years a good business relationships mainly with German and American companies managing the relationship with the VP of Operations North America, Global COOs, and Plant General Managers.

I focus on recruiting Plant General Managers, Operations Managers, Production Managers, Quality Managers, Engineering Managers, Plant Controllers, Plant HR Managers, Maintenance Managers, Purchasing Managers, Supply Chain Managers and Program Managers having a track record over 100 placements in the last 10 years.

These past seven years as a freelancer, I have run my recruiting practice in Automotive industry in Mexico from different parts of the world, such as Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Canada, Spain, Germany, Poland, Denmark, and Norway, without any problems due to time differences with Mexico or performance issues.

I was the leader of the Automotive Tier 1 and 2 practice for Latin America, the Head of the Mexico City office, and I managed two Senior Recruitment Consultants, each with over 10 years of experience.

I was personally in charge of Business Development and Account Management activities, and I developed a team to provide support to the recruiting area.

I developed the automotive practice from scratch, and after two years, I left a profitable business.
