A week after turning 16 I acquired a job at a local cafe/restaurant called The Launch as a waiter. I went to school from Monday to Friday and spent my weekends working until the end of the school year, when I transitioned to a classic 20h part-time contract. The following summer the owner called and offered me the same position. That sums up to a total of 9 months of experience as a waiter, handling table service and monetary transactions with no supervision.
I'm from Denmark but have lived in Spain for the past 11 years. Thanks to these circumstances I speak native Danish as well as fluent English and Spanish. I live right by the Los Alamos train station and will therefore be able to show up at work in case of an emergency on very short notice.
