- Diagnose and resolve high-complexity issues in Qlik Sense & Cloud environments, including load balancing, performance degradation, and connector failures
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Qlik Alerting, debugging service-side logic, scheduling errors, and webhook integrations
- Perform log analysis, API call tracing, and cross-environment testing to identify root causes in distributed systems
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to escalate reproducible defects, contributing to product patches and fixes
- Author internal runbooks, create technical knowledge base articles, and design SOPs for recurring issue patterns
- Provide mentorship to new engineers in reproducing bugs, triaging stack traces, and understanding Qlik’s alerting framework
