• Accurately and quickly diagnose faults and problems. Troubleshoot electronic systems and equipment.
• Carry out routine testing of portable and installed equipment to diagnose, log and repair faults, ensuring the working condition, calibration and ongoing maintenance of all test equipment, tools and associated hardware.
• Looking for new technologies to improve the the AV experience of clients and stakeholders & suggesting new methods and techniques to improve efficiency.

• Provide customer-facing support on client sites for general BAU AV and events
• Accurately and quickly diagnose and remedy faults and problems with both AV, VC, AC and TP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Test & assemble medical devices using schematics, wiring diagrams and testing instruments.
• Update assembling procedures and support in new product introduction.

Support in product development:

• Electronics validation and transfers to production.
• Application of the 5s Method with a Lean manufacturing framework.

Logistics/supply chain support:

• Monitor traceability using an ERP system.
• Ensure compliance of the products and services from suppliers.

• Used established assembly instructions to complete jobs quickly & supported the production department with stockpiling and other warehouse-related tasks.

• PCB layout from schematics using Motion Graphics Pads.
• Board manufacture, assembly & SMD soldering to IPC standards.
• Workshop organization.

• Electronics laboratory maintenance.
• Production management of electrical panels.
• Assembly & Testing of 3D projectors.
