I am proactive and dynamic person, looking to utilise experiences as a producer, business developer and Key grip (Engineer). My enthusiasm and vice for always seeking a challenge, has allowed me to have worked and gained knowledge in a practical, fast paced environment, helping to overcome challenges and work efficiently leading a crew of up to 25 people.

- Having trained as a Grip in the Camera department for 3 years I qualified to work on my own projects and commercials, alongside prominent productions such as Netflix, Amazon, Paramount Pictures, Apple Tv and HBO
- The role of a Key Grip would liaise with the production team and negotiate rates of pay, as well as organising equipment, schedules, logistics and having to manage people at the same time
- This proved I was able to successfully deliver tasks within tight deadlines
- It is a huge responsibility to make sure that your team is organised and ready for any event that may occur in order to keep the production running
- Working with A list celebrities (Micheal Caine/Kate Moss/Drake/Idris Elba/Henry Cavill/Hugh Grant/Kate Blanchett) and productions that have invested millions of pounds in order to produce high end content meant I had to overcome pressure whilst using critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make important decisions
- I managed crew of crane operators and rigging grips on variety of projects.
- This taught me how to demonstrate respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed, in a fast paced working environment
- I have been employed by clients such as Amazon, Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount Pictures and many more, as a grip you are responsible for the safety of the crew whilst using specialised equipment that takes years of training to be able to understand how to operate and create a smooth production

- During the Covid Pandemic, I applied to another job in order to find financial security during tough times as a freelancer. I found myself working in a different sector to Film industry all together and started a new venture as a Business Developer and then going on to manage my own team.

- After leaving The Framestore I was able to learn enough about the film industry and how productions work in order to assist some of the most prominent production companies in the UK/USA.
- Companies such as Biscuit, MJZ, Work Post, Sonny and RSA allowed me to help create commercials for some of the biggest brands in the world (Nike, McDonald's, Apple).
- I had to work closely with the other producers of these companies to organise a crew of up to sometimes 70 people, which could be in complicated locations, with tight deadlines whilst using technical documentation to understand task requirements and specifications.

- My tasks would range from job to job; from simply organising lunch for the directors to processing hundreds of emails, tracking expenditures and receipts, allocating resources and finding locations as well as organising crew in order to contract them
- My assistant role covered a huge amount of responsibilities and no matter how large or small, I always completed them with enthusiasm and ensured that I would see the job through to the end
- As I left The University Of Greenwich with a BA Hons Degree in Film I was employed by one of the largest post production companies in the world, with film franchises like Harry Potter and Marvel in their portfolio I was excited to start out working as a Technical Librarian and gaining experience working in a professional environment
- Having to deal with all the imports and exports for a company with over 500 employees was a big task whilst having to use electronic research databases and online resources to overcome challenges
- I was also employed to help with the transcoding of all their archives from the 70's onto an online database which was a process that took over a year, having to maintain a collection of audio, visual and digital material in systematic order
- I gained a lot of technical knowledge as well as organisation skills that were imperative in order to complete the job to a high standard, which would help me for the rest of my career
